Series of conflicts between European countries, that were bringing their settlers to America, and the native Indians that were trying to stop the invasion on their land. After the North American colonies gained independence in 1776 the situation hasn’t changed much - the United States of America continued to expand towards the west and thus continuing the conflict. There are no clear dates to mark the beginning and the end of American Indian Wars, it is implied they were intermittently running from about 1610 until 1924, which makes it one of the longest conflicts in history.
